Introduction to Mold Design

Mold Designing is the engineering of creating mold dies for manufacturing plastic parts. There are two major parts of mold; core and cavity. Both core and cavity are combined together and molten plastic is filled to create the component. The most important part of mold designing is preparing part and checking mold-ability.
